Thank you all for an excellent stay during a vacation. There were central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk in my twin/double room, loved it. Very helpful staff, provided information if needed.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were completely unhelpful.

The hotel was excellently position for our business trip to the port, but also close enough to the City to explore for places to see and eat at night.

Was very pleased with this hotel. Rooms were comfortable, large and very clean. My teenage son left a mobile phone in his room, and the reception staff immediately phoned to let us know. As we were not able to return to collect it, they promptly sent the phone to our forwarding address, which arrived the very next morning. No complaints whatsoever about this hotel.

The staff said yes to everything I needed, it was like having a personal assistant. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, amazing value, tarts, meats, fruits, you name it. Just made life easier.
It wasn't cheap but, it was bearable.

Rooms are clean and equipped well, with good size and comfortable beds. The breakfast offered was a great value, and the dinner surpassed expectations with quality ingredients. Communication with dining staff was challenging due to limited English understanding, and a few orders were mixed up, which detracted from the experience.
